Our Story:

We started this retreat because we have been where you are. We have been through our own processes of healing and growth, and we want to hold space for others to do the same. We want to create a space within you for evolution.

Our balance of energies (e.g. nurturing & adventurer, masculine & feminine) is perfectly suited to give you whatever you need at whichever point in the process you need it. We will be here to support, encourage and hold the space for your phases of healing.

Accommodation/Location:

We are blessed to hold our retreat in a luxurious space that has the benefit of being easily accessible from Cancun airport, whilst also providing a beautifully nourishing space interwoven with trees.

Accommodation is included in the package so we will all be staying together and eating together. You will also have the privacy of your room for when it is the right time to be with yourself.

After the retreat, we can help to organise tours of the area, so you can enjoy your time in this tropical, Caribbean paradise. With easy access to jungle cenotes and places like Chichen Itza, you can connect with the Ancient Mayans or spend time rejuvenating in nature.

Food:

What we put into our bodies is an important part of our process, so throughout this experience, we will have a chef who will prepare a consciously tailored diet to aid your evolution.

We will integrate the right nutrition and food management practices to ensure your body is nourished in a way that enables the process of detoxing your mind, body, and spirit. This will include a combination of light meals, wholesome meals, and intermittent fasting.

We’ll take care of everything from the moment you arrive.
